Shree Royal City is a Jhansi Development Authority Approved residential and commercial Project vide Layout No. 141000111/2012-13 dated 27.07.2012 is spread on the ground area of approx 16 acres in the heart of the city, the location being well near the Sipri Bazar and also on the National Highway. It is a two gated fully secured by electronic surveillance and a 6 feet boundary wall all around, having its entry gates on the service lane of NH -27. The entry is also approved by NHAI vide letter dated 2nd July 2013 Ref. No. NHAI/12040/1/2007/NOC/BLD/JHS-EW/11409.

Little Introduction about the working officials of the venture:-

Shri Vinod Kumar Soni (Partner) - has been a civil Contractor for more than 29 years now, and has completed a number of Residential and commercial projects, both for private and Government, including the very successful projects of KasiramJi Shehri Garib Awas Yojna.

Shri Rakesh Singh Baghel (Partner) - with his thorough execution skills is today better known as the established Entrepreneur who started his entrepreneurial journey from a proprietorship firm Baghel Travels and thereafter with today has beefed up his muscles with the Tata Motors - Passenger Car Division dealership, Tanishq Franchise, Hero Moto Corp Dealership.

Shri Inder Pal Bhalla (Partner) - is a man of varied interest and Knowledge-Base having a creative bend of mind and conceptualized varied leading concepts and a born Professional. He has an overall experience of more than 35 years in the corporate world.
